For the fastest turnaround time, we highly recommend reserving your rental equipment ahead of time.
The process usually takes 10-15 minutes per person or less. In most cases, if you have made an appointment ahead of time, you will walk out the door with your equipment.
While we do not require an appointment, we strongly suggest it. During peak lease season we may not be able to accommodate you without an appointment, and no matter how busy we are, it makes the process much more efficient for you and for us!
Yes. If your kids grow, or your equipment is unsatisfactory for any reason, bring it back in and we will swap it out.
