For the fastest turnaround time, we highly recommend reserving your rental equipment ahead of time.
The process usually takes 10-15 minutes per person or less. In most cases, if you have made an appointment ahead of time, you will walk out the door with your equipment.
While we do not require an appointment, we strongly suggest it. During peak lease season we may not be able to accommodate you without an appointment, and no matter how busy we are, it makes the process much more efficient for you and for us!
Yes. If your kids grow, or your equipment is unsatisfactory for any reason, bring it back in and we will swap it out.
We do not offer a separate damage waiver. While we understand that normal wear and tear is expected over the course of a season, you are responsible for loss, theft, or major damage. Major damage includes anything that cannot be fixed through normal ski tuning processes, and typically happens from abuse or extremely hard usage. Much like an automobile lease or rental, our leases are designed for normal usage. If the person leasing the ski or board is an extremely agressive skier or rider, spends considerable time off trail or in terrain parks, the lease program may not be appropriate for them and may result in additional charges.
